Assessment:
The Fellowship House provides an assessment. It identify the needs of
the individual and his or her family members. Services and appropriate referrals are based on resulting
recommendations.

Consultation:
The Fellowship House realizes that adolescents
live in a larger community. Counselors
are prepared to work with school officials, law enforcement, court
systems, and the mental health community to provide comprehensive
services. Consultation
may include assessment, recommendations, and team planning. |

Treatment:
Qualified professional staff provide outpatient counseling for
adolescents 12 to 18 years of age and their families.
Services are open to youth involved with substance use and
youth struggling with the substance use of another person and is
designed to meet teens where they are.
Services include assessment, referral, education, and
individual and family counseling.

Aftercare: The Fellowship House provides continuing support for adolescents
recovering from alcohol or other drug abuse and their families.
Aftercare services include the development of a support
network, individual, family and group counseling, and adjustment to
a substance free lifestyle.
