Services Available
Prior to receiving any of these services,
a complete assessment is done to determine the patient's needs and
the patient has an assigned case manager. For a referral, call
(618) 833-4456 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday.
Gambling Treatment:
Provides gambling specific treatment for problem and or
compulsive gamblers.
*Detoxification Program:
Provides professional assistance during the withdrawal of
alcohol and some drugs. Provides
physical assessment, good nutrition, rest, assessment, groups, and
referral. Usually 3 to
5 days. Located in
Anna, Illinois. For men
and women who are 18 years or above.
For referrals, call 618/833-2194 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
*Treatment Services:
The Fellowship House provides three levels of care using the
American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria.
These services include:
Level I Outpatient
services ranging from 1 to 9 hours group and or individual
counseling per week.
Level II Intensive
outpatient services ranging from 9-20 hours of group counseling per
week.
Level III Residential services
with 25 or more hours of treatment per week.
Prior to receiving any of these services, a
complete assessment is done to determine the patient’s needs and a
Case Manager is assigned to each patient. The Case Manager provides
individual counseling, assigns groups, assists with referrals, and
follows the treatment plan throughout the patient’s treatment.

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
*Recovery Home:
Provides the patient, 18 years of age or older, a safe environment
during intensive outpatient treatment when transportation is
unavailable, or while waiting on an assessment to determine the
appropriate level of care if the living environment is unstable.
When a patient needs immediate access and is not appropriate
for Detoxification services, immediate admission can occur.
Family Program:
Provides alcohol and drug education, communication skills,
introduction to Alanon, co-dependency, and other relevant
information for family/significant others affected by the alcohol
and/or drug abuser. For

*MISA (Mentally Ill/Substance
Abuse) Case Management Program:
Provides assessments and follow-up services.
Assists with referrals.

Prevention Program:
Provides consultation about prevention curriculum development in
schools. In addition, provides alcohol/drug education, presentations
on problem-solving, self-esteem, and other related topics to
schools, churches, and community organizations.

*Service
priorities include pregnant and postpartum women, injecting drug
users, T.A.N.F., D.C.F.S., D.O.C., and T.A.S.C. clients.
